Warranty and returns

We here at Bublet know busy parents already have enough to worry about. That’s why we take great care to select the best materials and stand behind the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every nappy bag we make, so you know you can be assured of receiving a beautifully crafted, durable piece you’ll enjoy for years to come. We are proud to offer a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for your peace of mind. 

If your item has a manufacturers fault that is found within the 12 month warranty period, please contact us with the following information:

• Proof of purchase
• Description of the fault
• Photo of the bag
• Proof of the fault in the form of clear photos or a short video

In certain cases we may need you to send the bag back to us so we can evaluate the fault in order to provide the best quality assurance to all customers. When the manufacturing fault is confirmed we will reimburse you for the postage costs. A defective bag returned to us will be replaced at our discretion. 

Warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper care, accidents, and normal material breakdowns (ie. scuffs), bags purchased from a secondary market, or second hand bags.
